How do I book a collection?

What time do I have to book by?

For a next day collection (where available), you must pay and book by 6pm the day before.

What time does my bin need to be out by?

Your bin should be out and available for collection by 6am on collection day?

Where do I leave my bin?

Your bin should be placed so that it’s visible to our drivers but so that it does not cause an obstruction.

What can I put in my bin?

We accept general waste and recycling only. We can’t take hazardous waste, oil, paint, building / DIY materials such as wood, brick, cement, plaster, garden waste such as turf, clippings, grass or soil or any form of controlled substance such as clinical waste.

What happens if I book a collection and forget to put my bin out?
Our drivers will always attempt to contact you if your bin is not out.
To keep our prices competitive we operate our vehicles at capacity. So if you miss your collection, we can’t guarantee an alternative collection and you may still be charged.
Do you take bags?
Yes, customers can book the collection of loose bags
What happens to my waste?
We have a zero to landfill policy. All the waste we collect is taken to a network of approved transfer stations where it’s reprocessed / recycled.
Can I pay on collection day or pay by cash
All payments need to be made in advance. We don’t accept cash payments?
